Sage is an ancient herb that is used by many different faiths to cleanse, bless and purify the self, your home, or office of unwanted energies. Just light the end of the bundle, blow out the fire and it will begin to smolder. Be sure to hold the stick over a vessel such as an abalone shell to catch any falling ashes.
