Pink Grapefruit essential oil has a distinctly bright, fresh aroma. It offers uplifting properties, and relieves depression. Inhaling it reduces stress and anxiety. Observations and Anecdotal Information
One of natures best detoxifiers of the lymphatic system, Grapefruit makes a fine massage oil component for lymphatic drainage. It can be added to tonics, juices, teas, and tinctures to boost cleansing and help clear the lymphatic system of congestion and build-up.
It is a powerful airborne disinfectant, and can purify the air of bacteria and molds, and enhance respiratory health.
It is a general tonic, strengthening to all of the body’s systems. It is a good ingredient to add to tonics and teas for parasite control. It can be taken internally for this purpose. Pink Grapefruit is also known to have anti-cancer effects, and can be inhaled or taken internally for this purpose.
It makes a very good support oil for those who are healing bulimia and other eating disorders, for which one should inhale the oil as well as applying it (when properly diluted) to the solar plexus area.
