Observations and Anecdotal Information
Turmeric is a standard herbal treatment for tumors in native Hawaiian culture, and other cultures where turmeric is grown.
In India, Turmeric is known to be one of the oldest spices still in use today, and has been used for over 5000 years. There it was used to calm stomach ache, and neutralize food poisoning. It earned the name “Indian saffron”. It is used in ceremony to honor Ganesh, the elephant headed god, and in wedding ceremonies.
It is particularly effective on fibroid tumors, and can be used internally in vaginal or rectal boluses (for prostate cancer). It is one of the key ingredients used in many cancer salves and pastes for drawing toxicity out of the body. Besides its anti-tumoral properties, it is a cleanser and detoxifier, and a general all over body tonic. It carries anti-viral properties, as well as anti-parasitic, anti-allergic, and cardiovascular properties.
It has been used in the treatment of Alzheimer’s, diabetes, cancers, and other degenerative diseases.
Because of its tonic properties, it can be used internally over long periods of time to benefit the body and support regeneration, when properly diluted. When using Turmeric as a tonic, adding Black Pepper will allow for easier absorption.
