Observations and Anecdotal Information
Moroccan Chamomile essential oil is a fairly new addition to the world of aromatherapy, although it has been used in Morocco for generations. It is known for healing and regenerating skin, and has become a popular addition to skin cremes, natural make up, and all kinds of natural body products.
It is also known for its deeply calming properties, and can relieve stress and tension simply by inhaling the complex aroma of this oil. It is known for its ability to bring relief to asthma sufferers, and should be inhaled for that purpose.
It is also highly anti-allergic, and can reduce or eliminate allergic reactions through topical application or inhalation.
When inhaled, the first aromatic impression is that of a sweet balsamic, fruity, herbaceous bouquet. Within the next 20 minutes, the aroma becomes richer, more well-rounded and mellow as the heart notes are revealed.
