I've nick-named this session the "Quartz Crystal Massage", as the Quartz Crystal Tuning Fork generates a vibrational frequency that helps release stuck energy similar to a massage. To start, you'll relax on an Amethyst crystal-filled BioMat table, which uses Far Infrared heat to enhance the healing process. After creating a sacred space with a prayer, I intuitively follow your body's guidance. Typically, we begin by clearing the chakra points, them moving onto other areas where your body seeks release (Example: shoulders, thighs and calves). To wrap up, we bring balance through ceremonial drumming, completing the session with beautiful harmonizing rhythms.
